Please Note: Our linen is made from 100% natural flax, dyed in small batches. This means slight variations in hue may occur. Screens can also display colors differently. If you’d like to see the current batch before ordering, please contact us and we’ll gladly send you photos.
We can modify, alter, or repattern most of our pieces to better suit your needs. Production time will vary depending on the requirements of the garment. All customizations make the garment ineligible for returns or exchanges. Contact us for more information!
Most standard domestic packages ship via USPS Priority Mail with an estimated ship time of 1–3 days.
International shipping varies but generally falls within an estimated ship time of 5–13 days.
International orders may be assessed for additional taxes, duties, or other fees after they have left our workshop but before they are delivered. If you would like assistance estimating the amount of any taxes or fees on your package, please contact us.

Please Note: Once your order leaves the FuzziDudz workshop, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While most shipments arrive smoothly, please be aware that all shipping can sometimes involve delays, customs holds, or even lost packages. We cannot be responsible for these carrier-related issues once your order has shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
WARNING By placing an order, you [the buyer] understand and accept the risks associated with international and domestic shipping that may include but are not limited to: delayed shipping, failed delivery, lost items, packages frozen in customs, etc. Once your order leaves the FuzziDudz Shop, your order is final and FuzziDudz cannot be held responsible for the delayed or unsuccessful delivery of your shipment and any associated costs with the product or shipping involved in your [the buyer’s] order.
FuzziDudz Exchange & Return Policy
If you have received the wrong item or your item(s) appears to be damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@fellandfair.com or by starting a chat with us!
To initiate the exchange process, you must contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days of the arrival of your order and item(s) must be in original (unused/unworn) condition to qualify. If your exchange has been approved, your returned item(s) must arrive at the FuzziDudz Shop within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of approval in original (unused/unworn) condition.
Exchange:
The customer is responsible for shipping expenses for returning the order change item(s) to FuzziDudz.
All approved Exchanges are subject to a restocking fee per item:
Linen, Wool, Leather restocking fee is $12.55
Chainmail restocking fee is $18.55
Once the Exchange Restocking Fee has been purchased and we confirm receipt of the unwanted item(s) at the FuzziDudz Shop, the replacement item(s) will be put into our standard production queue and sent out to you via standard USPS shipping.
Returns:

Unauthorized return packages will be marked return to sender.
Customized items are non-refundable & non-returnable.
Purchasing the wrong size item(s) does not qualify for return. If you are unsure your size, chat with us. We love to help!

All FuzziDudz products are handmade artisan items intended for decorative and accessory use only. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, durability, suitability, or fitness of our products for any particular animal, breed, or use.
Pets should be supervised at all times while wearing or using any FuzziDudz product. Our products are not toys and are not designed for chewing, rough play, or unsupervised use. We are not responsible for any injury, harm, illness, choking, allergic reaction, or other adverse outcome that may occur as a result of use or misuse of our products.
It is the sole responsibility of the pet owner to determine the appropriateness and safe use of any FuzziDudz item for their individual pet. The pet owner assumes all risks associated with the use of our products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FuzziDudz, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage to property, pets, or persons, arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of any FuzziDudz product.
As each item is handmade, variations in size, color, and materials may occur. These variations are inherent in artisan craftsmanship and do not constitute defects or grounds for liability.
By purchasing and using our products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FuzziDudz, LLC, its owners, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to your use of our products.
